Online Cooking Class with Chef Carmen in Sorrento

Maybe you aren’t ready to head to Sorrento at the moment, but you can still cook authentic Italian dishes from the comfort of your own home in this “apperitivo” online cooking class that will whet your appetite for more!

Chef Carmen offers 2-hour online cooking classes via the Zoom app from her cooking school in the center of Sorrento.

Open cooking classes are held at 1:00-3:00 pm EST on Monday through Friday, and private cooking classes can also be requested. (Please note open cooking classes require a minimum of 2 people to run, private classes require 8.)

Book the cooking class at least 48 hours in advance so that you will have time to get the list of ingredients to have ready. 

Sample menus (subject to change):

• Sorrento-style gnocchi and Eggplant Parmesan
• Fettuccine Bolognese and Sea Bass
• Lasagna and Potato Croquettes
• Eggplant Balls and Pasta with Bechamel Sauce
• Chicken roll and Tiramisù

Carmen will also do private 2-hour online cooking classes preparing 2 dishes for groups of 8 or more.

As a bonus, if you book one of our online cooking classes we’ll extend a $40 discount per attendee toward any of our cooking vacations if you travel with us in 2020 or 2021!
