It was a great experience! The accommodation was great, very relaxing, amazing service. We were impressed with the attention to details throughout our staying. The food was very good, made with the best quality seasonal ingredients. We had Andrea as our chef for the school and he made it the classes fun. We focused on basic techniques and the results of our work did not let down. Don Alfonso and Livia, the owners, made us feel like home! I think we were looking for more reviews about the place, but were not able to find so we kind of took a chance. It did pay off!

Your 5 hands on cookery classes are in the beautiful teaching kitchen that was completed in 2008, a colorful and inviting space outfitted with every necessity and modern convenience.
Class themes vary seasonally but might include:
