Best of Paris
Among our favorite culinary tours are our Paris cooking tours and gourmet food tours of Paris. The capital of France, Paris has long been one of the world’s top tourist destinations. It has everything to offer: a fascinating history which you can trace through the Middle Ages and the Renaissance to the Nineteenth-Century Haussmannian urban renewal and into the modern era.
Paris is a gastronomic capital, so a culinary tour of Paris or a wine tour Paris is a natural fit. From the most high-end restaurants to a bustling brasserie, from the cafes to the creperies, you can enjoy Parisian cuisine during a cooking class in Paris for tourists, or even in a professional atelier if you are a more experienced chef. The best food tours of Paris will also include foodie walking tours in which you can taste local products as well as a wine tasting tour of Paris in which you can learn about the local wines. You will even cook and dine in a real French home, a unique gastronomic and cultural experience.
When you are not cooking, eating, or drinking, there is still plenty to do! Paris is home to some of the world’s most renowned museums, including the Louvre, the Musee d’Orsay, the Musee Rodin, the Centre Pompidou – to name but a few. You will visit both the Louvre and the Musee d’Orsay with an expert guide and see some of the world’s masterpieces, including the Mona Lisa and works by the Impressionists.
Paris also has more than its share of monuments to explore during your Paris cooking vacation. The Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe are must-sees for any traveler to Paris! You can explore its many churches and chapels, including Notre Dame, the Sacre Coeur, and the Sainte-Chapelle, head to the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery, or stroll through the Medieval Marais district.
Paris is also a capital for shopping, whether your tastes run to high-end fashion, art, antiques, or kitchen equipment. You’ll have plenty of time to explore and shop during your Paris cooking vacation.
We think the best food tours in Paris France include not only great, hands-on cooking classes, a wine tour of Paris, a gourmet food tour of Paris, but also centrally-located accommodations, cultural visits, a cabaret show in Montmartre, and more. If you want the best food tours of Paris, The International Kitchen is happy to use our decades of expertise to help you plan your trip! Whether you want the classic 6-night gourmet tour Paris, or a customized version, contact us to get started.
Check out our other culinary tours in Paris, including a 2-night Weekend in Paris and our 4-night Parisian Rendez-Vous, as well as numerous one-day cooking classes. And if you have more time, we can add on nights, or propose adding a 3-night wine tour in Champagne France.
