In the Land of Prosecco
The Veneto is known, of course, for its capital city Venice, one of the most popular destinations in Europe. But just an hour or so to the north, at the foot of the majestic Alps, lies the Prosecco wine-growing area, the charming town of Santo Stefano, and your home for this unique, countryside cooking vacation. The natural beauties of the land, its fertile fields and abundant harvests, its charming and unassuming people, make your agrarian Veneto culinary holiday an exquisitely inviting and relaxing experience. Whether you choose to combine this country Veneto culinary vacation with a stay in Venice (we can help with those arrangements), or on its own, you are sure to have the trip of a lifetime.

Your gelato lesson will be with a gentleman who has been certified by the Italian association of Gelatai Artigianali.
