Overview
In the hills above Rapallo, you’ll find the wonderful restaurant of Chef Fausto, who has been teaching our travelers the regional cuisine of Liguria for decades, often making use of the herbs and vegetables in his extensive garden behind the restaurant. The lesson starts at 9:00 a.m. at the restaurant and lasts about three hours. It is followed by a tasting with fresh baked focaccia and wine. You return that evening to the restaurant for a gourmet dinner with wine, making this an amazing full-day experience.
- Morning class: 9:00AM-12:30PM (includes class with degustation and wine)
- Return time for dinner: 8:00PM (gourmet dinner that evening, with wine)
