The BnB where the class was held was incredible! The hostess was fabulous. We never could have found a place like that on our own. Also, you helped us with our first and last hotels (we traveled on our own after this part of the trip) and both hotels were perfect.

Trip Details

Your 2 hands-on cooking classes in Tuscany will each focus on the preparation of a full meal. Originally from the region of Liguria, your instructor Simonetta fell in love with Chianti’s vineyards and olive trees and has happily called it home for the last 20 years. Additionally, she has undergone professional training to expertly teach culinary guests who stay at her beautiful bed and breakfast. The classes are held in the kitchen of Simonetta’s home, a charming and very authentic and personal experience. Using fresh vegetables from her garden, homegrown olive oil and wine, you will learn true Tuscan cooking through a hands-on experience with Simonetta, making complete menus from appetizers to desserts.

Our car tour of Chianti was fun and informative. Tour guide was very well spoken. The hotels and property that was recommended was outstanding, far surpassed our expectations, each one better than the next. All three had breathtaking views. Maura T., IL
