Rome (Mazzano Romano) – Lesson with a Professional Chef
Meet one of our highly qualified rotating chefs at a central location in Rome then depart for the ancient medieval village of Mazzano Romano, 30 minutes north. Weather and season permitting, you will take a walk through the charming town where local Roman city dwellers escape, and pick ingredients fresh from the garden or choose eggs right from the coop. During this simple one-day cooking class, the chef will take you through the course of a delightful meal in a country home, with good local wine.
Once you have finished your meal, you will be returned to the center of Rome.
