Verdure Dell ‘Estuario Menu:

  • Venetian vegetables tempura
  • Risotto with rosmarine and lemon zest
  • Braised artichokes bottom
  • Traditional espresso tiramisu with shaved dark chocolate

Venetian Menu:

  • Veal liver with braised sweet onion
  • Risotto with peas
  • Veal spezzatino with polenta
  • Warm Zabayone cream with almond caramel crunchy

Menu Fresco (perfect for summer):

  • Seafood salad with lemon vinaigrette
  • Tuna carpaccio with rosmarine and fresh pink pepper oil
  • Homemade noodles with fresh basil pesto and seared scampi

Homemade Pasta:

  • Ragu alla Bolognese served on tagliatelle
