An Insider's Annam Indochina Culinary Tour

Your hosts: Linh Huyen, Ambassador of Traditional Art, Vietnam, and her husband, Richard di San Marzano.Special Exclusive Tour August 24-September 5, 2025.

We are delighted to present The International Kitchen’s exclusive, all-inclusive new itinerary created by Linh Huyen, Ambassador of Traditional Art, Vietnam, and Richard di San Marzano, who both lived in Saigon as a child and who conducts one of our favorite culinary programs based in Spoleto, Italy.

Our inspiration is to revive an experience of the fabled magic of ‘The Grand Tour,’’ and for you to discover in-depth Indochina’s vibrant culture, which is so manifest in the music and the arts, in the rich folklore and fascinating traditions, in the spell-binding verdant landscape, and of course, in the wonderfully varied and delicious cuisine of this beautiful land.

Hanoi skyline cityscape at twilightThe itinerary is the result of years of in-country knowledge and experience to create an authentic and carefully curated tour. Linh Huyen will lead the tour and share her love for and profound knowledge of Vietnamese culture, which is unrivaled as a distinguished opera singer and composer, and the creator of Hon Viet, The Soul of Vietnam, a culture show that was performed over 60 times at both opera houses and was ranked the best attraction in Saigon on Trip Advisor when performed in 2011 and 2012. She is also a cook of some repute, and in fact, regional local cuisine will be featured throughout the tour. For those interested, there will be a hands-on cooking opportunity.

You will be treated to the very best of Vietnamese hospitality with the most select of 5-star hotels. Come join us on this one-in-a-lifetime chance to explore this beautiful land!
