Siena – Lesson with Chef Lella
Discover Sienese cuisine with Chef Lella, who not only makes recipes that have been passed down to her by her grandmother, but also medieval recipes that feature fresh, local products. She’s a member of AICI (Association of Teachers of Italian Cuisine), among other culinary organizations. After meeting Chef Lella at her cooking school – a short escalator ride down from Piazza del Campo in the center of Siena – you’ll prepare an Italian menu of at least three courses, including handmade pasta. (Please note that part of the class may be led by one of her assistants.) A meal based on your efforts will follow, along with water and a wonderful farmhouse wine.
- Morning class: 10AM – 2PM (approx.)
- Afternoon class: 4PM – 8PM (approx).
Please note afternoon classes are preferred.
Please note you will need to pay the remainder of the class, 100 Euros per person, in cash directly to the chef on the day of your class.

Class Dates
Available any day of the week for a minimum of 2 people. (No market visit on Sundays).
