We took a cooking class with Chef Eric and had an absolute blast. We had great food, great wine, and great conversation. I would recommend the experience to everyone!

Eric was great. Exchanging emails before class was helpful in articulating our desires and learning objectives. The walk to the market was an excellent way to learn about French markets and chef's approach to produce. Eric is extremely friendly and adaptable in his teaching technique. I think i would have liked a little more emphasis on techniques. I would be happy to take another class with chef Eric. The International Kitchen staff [was] extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

We took part in the morning cooking experience led by Chef Eric in Paris, and found it to be a real delight. He was very accommodating to the varied likes and dislikes of the class members, and thus we collectively came up with a lovely menu while we stood at the metro stop near his school. Our shopping experience at the fresh food markets in the neighborhood was unlike any we had enjoyed before, and Eric was very helpful in teaching us how to make good food selections in a French market. The class itself was partly a cooking lesson and partly a social interaction with a fun group of people. We had a blast, ate a divine meal, and learned a little bit along the way. Plus we now have several recipes to add to our toolkit. We would highly recommend this class to others.

Chef Bernadette was a great teacher - gave clear directions and advice, made sure we understood techniques, was personable. We've enjoyed the recipes at home already. It's hard to believe how many desserts we covered in such a short period of time. Directions to class site were clear and easy to follow. Nancy F., WI

I was pleased by the size of the class and the decor of the small cooking school. It was charming. I enjoyed the walk to the market and the visit to the different shops to purchase fresh produce, cheeses, breads and vegetables. Everything was located within walking distance of the school.

Both our cooking classes by The International Kitchen were outstanding and a definite highlight to our trip. Booking something like cooking classes in a foreign country online is especially a test of blind faith, and we were not disappointed! Eric's Dessert class in Paris was fun, fast paced and very tasty! We made five different desserts. The french caramel apple tart ... marvelous! It was fun chatting and joking around with other participants from around the world, from Africa, New Zealand, New York and the Pacific Northwest. Eric was easy to understand, very informative and made complex things seem very simple and doable. I highly recommend these classes to anyone.

It was great that it was taught by an American; no English barrier. The place was charming and welcoming. What we did in 3 hours was impressive. Although we didn't do macaroons, everything we did do was fantastic.
[Regarding The International Kitchen staff:] Absolutely great.

We did a Croissant Class in Paris. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the class interesting. We learned a lot. The Croissants were delicious. My children's favorite croissants were the chocolate ones!
