During the warmer months, get a taste of Traverse at their fixed food truck spot, The Little Fleet.

Head just north of Traverse City, and you’ll also start to feel like you’re in Burgundy, France — which the region actually shares the same latitude with. Vineyards sprawl across Mission Peninsula, and the drive over the hilly roads is worth a trip of its own. It’s here on the peninsula that you’ll enjoy your long weekend getaway.
