The trip exceeded all expectations. The beautiful views and grounds of the hotel, the warm and welcoming staff, the delicious meals – many of which we learned to cook – were an Italian dream come true. I enjoyed all of our many excursions with the cheese farm visit, our private tour of Pompeii and dinner at the Michelin star Don Alfonso restaurant topping the list. This was my first group trip and the whole experience was enhanced by the camaraderie of the group, the many laughs we shared and our wonderful tour guides. This trip is one I would highly recommend!

It was THE BEST TRIP EVER for me. I was thrilled with our trip to Italy and the cooking school. The days were filled with well-planned excursions, Pompeii being the highlight for me. The classes were great and made for delightful and delicious meals. I found the itinerary perfect and the pace extremely comfortable – just enough time for cooking, eating, sightseeing, shopping and for making new friends.
