Authentic Abruzzo Cooking

Stay at a working agriturismo surrounded by nature parks during this rustic and relaxing getaway to the heart of Abruzzo. Run by a lovely couple, the organic farm offers a true farm-to-table experience, as they raise bees, sheep, chickens, and pigs. Learn how to make authentic regional dishes with your hosts, and explore one of the most beautiful places in all of Italy – Abruzzo!

There are many reasons we love Abruzzo. Consider its beautiful Adriatic coastline, or the gorgeous peaks of the Appenine Mountains. There is also an undiscovered, untouched, and magical quality to Abruzzo, whether due to its authenic and “untouristy” vibe or many national parks and natural reserves that protect the region’s vegetation and wildlife. Experience authentic Abruzzo on a culinary vacation that includes visits to local food producers, a fishing hut, an olive oil mill, a candy factory, and more.
