A custom 4-night itinerary for the clients of Denise Bina.

Trip Details


Day 1 – Wednesday, Oct 11

Private arrival transfer from Paris CDG to Paris hotel.

Day 2 – Thursday, Oct. 12 Private Champagne Full Day Tour to Veuve Clicquot and Family Grower

After breakfast, take an early train from Paris Est departing 7:39 am, arriving Reims 8:25 am. Time to get a coffee or have a quick stroll for your 9:00AM pick
Head with in your Private vehicle with your Private English-speaking Champagne specialist driver
Discovery of the coronation city of Reims through a guided drive around the city
Tour of the underground cellars of the prestigious Champagne House Veuve Clicquot
Drive through the famous UNESCO world heritage site of Champagne Avenue in Epernay
Enjoy a casual and authentic lunch at Le Clos Corbier (typical Champagne House : https://www.lecloscorbier.fr/galerie/). If weather allows, the lunch will be served outside.
Lunch including regional specialties, dessert, as well as paired wines and Champagnes.
Drive by the charming UNESCO village of Hautvillers and visit its famous church where Dom Pérignon used to live
Stop in the vineyard to discover the specificities of the Champagne “Terroir”
Private visit and tasting at a family run boutique winery
Drop off time around 6.00pm at the place of your choice in the Champagne region
Includes transport, minimum 3 tastings at each producer, guidance by a passionate local guide, lunch.
Train departing at 7:15 pm to Paris Est, arriving 8:01 pm. Make your own way back to the hotel.

Day 3 – Friday, Oct. 13

Breakfast at the hotel then depart for Melun. The direct trains from Paris Gare de Lyon to Melun take 26 minutes. These are regional trains (line R) and tickets do not need to be pre-purchased. We recommend a train departing between 8:30 am and 9 am from Paris Gare de Lyon. Upon arrival, take a 10 minute taxi ride to the Chateau.
Tickets to visit the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte (10 am entry) are included. After your visit, take the Chateaubus back to Melun, then train back to Paris Gare de Lyon. Return to hotel on your own.

Day 4 – Saturday, Oct. 14 Private Loire Valley/Chateaux tour

Duration: about 10 hours
After breakfast, early train from Paris Montparnasse departing 7:28 am and arriving Saint-Pierre des Corps 8:35 am. Pick-up at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station
Depart for Chenonceau for a guided tour. Chenonceau is also known as the “Chateau des Dames,” for the great female figures who have lived here, including Diane de Poitiers and Catherine de Medici. It’s also known for its beautiful gardens.
Private lunch at Château de Villesavin (cost of lunch paid locally)
Guided tour of Cheverny. In the 17th century Cheverny was the first chateau incarnating the classical style in the Loire Valley. Built by the governor of Blois city, this chateau is known for the richness of its interiors, which have been kept unaltered thanks to its owners, the Hurault family. Cheverny presents a magnificent collection of furniture and master paintings from the Renaissance period. It is also famous for its tradition of the horse-back hunt and its impressive pack of 100 dogs.
And finally, a guided tour of Chambord. Chambord was the very first Chateau of the Valley to be proclaimed by UNESCO as a world heritage. Leonardo Da Vinci most likely participated in the conception of the chateau, which has more than 400 rooms.
Drop off at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station. 8:39pm train to Paris Montparnasse, arriving 9:40pm.

Day 5 – Sunday, Oct. 15

Private departure transfer from Paris city center to airport (CDG) hotel (Wielands only)

US$1405 per person based on double occupancy

    30% non-refundable deposit due to confirm

    Balance payment due 60 days prior to start date. 

    $100 per person to be added to the Wieland’s invoice for the return transfer on the 15th.
