Your two cooking classes will feature vegetables and fish.
Itinerary
Day One
- Arrival at the relais and check into your accommodation.
- Dinner tonight at the Michelin-star restaurant Don Alfonso 1890.
Day Two
- Following breakfast, meet for your first cooking class around 9:30 am.
- After an introduction to the cooking philosophy of Don Alfonso, a class will follow on the preparation of seasonal vegetables, with a tasting at the end of the lesson.
- This afternoon will include a visit to the farm owned and operated by the Iaccarino family for the opportunity to see the fresh products that are grown exclusively for use in the restaurant.
- Dinner tonight at Don Alfonso 1890.
Day Three
- Breakfast and your next cooking class from about 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, based on fish selection and preparation.
- A tasting will follow.
- Departure.
