Cooking “What a wonderful opportunity this was to experience total Moroccan immersion! Exploring the natural and cultural highlights while enjoying the local cuisine was a perfect combination. I especially enjoyed the visit to the market, the leather auction, olive pressing and Volubilis…everything. Oh, and the hands on instruction in the kitchen was great too. The Riad was as beautiful as promised and the staff as friendly and helpful as it was possible to be.”
