Here at The International Kitchen most of our cooking vacations can happen whenever YOU want to travel. Any week you chose, any culinary vacation you want (in season) we can usually run the itinerary for you. But we also offer some special weeks that happen specific dates, and these are usually special themed weeks or include a special escort.

A Culinary Expedition in Portugal and Spain with Dorothy Tague – April 28-May 6, 2018

Join Pittsburgh area cooking instructor Dorothy Tague on a one-time only trip to the Iberian Peninsula. You will start in Lisbon, one of our favorite cities, before traveling up to Porto in Portugal, and then you are off to Madrid, Spain. This is a chance to sample some truly fabulous cuisine in both Portugal and Spain, not to mention wonderful wines. We already have 6 people ready to travel, so we have just 6 spots left for this wonderful trip. Priced between $4775-$5350 per person (double occupancy).

Cook and Paint Under the Tuscan Sun with Nancy Couick- May 3-10, 2018

Join Charlotte-based artist Nancy Couick on a fabulous journey to Tuscany, enjoying both hands-on cooking instruction and small group painting instruction. It’s been a fabulous mix in the past, and we’re super excited about offering the itinerary with Nancy at the wonderful Relais il Falconiere outside of Tuscany. Our cooking itinerary at this property was featured in 2014 on Extra’s Mansions and Millionaires, so you know it’s going to be gorgeous! Pair that with the charming (and beautiful) hostess, Chef Silvia, with the amazing Tuscan landscapes and picturesque villages, and you will have an unforgettable week. Priced at US$4360 per person (double occupancy).

Travels with Karen: Splendors of Sicily – June 1-10, 2018

Join our own Karen Herbst for a special week discovering the Splendors of Sicly! This is one of Karen’s favorite regions, and she can’t wait to show it to a small group of our lucky travelers. Starting in Palermo and winding down toward Agrigento and Siracusa, you end in the famous seaside Taormina. Priced starting at $4100 per person, we currently have just 7 spots left.
