We are thrilled to announce that The International Kitchen is now offering online cooking classes from Italy. Our online cooking classes include amazing, authentic Italian recipes, lessons in English for your convenience, and a variety of dishes to suit your tastes.
You can book a class for yourself, pending availability, or for you and your friends and family. Why not cook and visit with your loved ones during a virtual cooking class while you learn to make amazing food? It is almost like eating, drinking, and being merry together.
Our online cooking classes are offered via the Zoom app, so you can conveniently connect through your computer, tablet, or phone. You will get the list of ingredients ahead of time so that you are ready to participated and learn amazing new recipes. Fresh homemade pasta? Yes! Traditional Italian desserts? Yes! Homemade focaccia? Yes to that as well!
We consider these classes an “antipasto” to the main course, which for us is always a wonderful culinary vacation in Italy. But since travel right now remains something to dream about and plan for, it’s a way to bring Italy and its flavors to you in your own home.
Plus, as an added bonus, if you book one of our online cooking classes we’ll extend a $40 discount per attendee toward any of our cooking vacations if you travel with us in 2020 or 2021!

We currently are offering 3 online cooking classes. We have classes from Italy: one with Chef Barbara from Florence, and the other with Chef Carmen from Sorrento. We hope to add additional online cooking classes soon.
Chef Barbara’s online cooking class requires a minimum of 5 participants and generally runs Saturdays at 12:00 noon EST. But she can do a class any day of the week for a minimum of 5 people. Some if her sample menus include:
