This is a reduced rate for a traveling companion who does not wish to participate in any of the cooking lessons. If you are interested in the non-cooking rate and it is not posted, please inquire via email or telephone.

All prices are based on 2 people in a room. The single supplement covers the cost of a solo person in a room. Please consult the individual cooking vacation pages for prices.

Credit Card Authorization

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-APPLICABLE.

If the program date is 14 days or less from the time of request, full payment is required by Visa, MC, AmEx or FEDEXED check, along with a late booking fee of US$100-$200 per person.

YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM; YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR SELECTION. IF WE CANNOT CONFIRM, NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN. Final payment will be due by check 60 days prior to the program start date (unless otherwise indicated on the individual program page). For For non-North American residents, the balance will automatically be charged 60 days prior to the program start date to the credit card that was supplied for the deposit, unless the client makes other arrangements with The International Kitchen at least two weeks before final payment is due.

Insurance

Insurance: (This applies only to residents of North America. Travelers from outside North America should order travel insurance from a local company.)

The International Kitchen, Inc. strongly recommends travel insurance to cover the cost of your class or tour. If you request insurance, the cost of a Travelex Custom TraveLite policy to cover the cost of your cooking class will be charged to your credit card directly by Travelex Insurance. (Please see chart below for policy cost.) Should you require additional coverage, please indicate below.

  • In booking a trip you are agreeing to accept our Terms and Conditions. Make sure you are familiar with them.
  • A non-refundable US$500 per person deposit is required to book a cooking vacation, and a non-refundable US$1000 per person deposit is required to book an opera and cuisine vacation. Note that some cooking vacations require more than $500 deposit, please see individual programs for deposit amounts. This amount can be charged to your Visa, MC, or AmEx, or you can send us a check. Final payment will be due by check 60 days prior to the program start date (90 days prior for an opera vacation).
  • A program is considered available if it is not showing “Sold Out”. We confirm when we have your booking form with a Visa, MC or AmEx for deposit. No deposit or payment will be processed until your participation has been confirmed.
  • If the program date is 60 days or less from the time of request (90 days or less if an opera and cuisine vacation), full payment is required immediately by check.
  • If the program date is 14 days or less from the time of request, full payment is required by Visa, MC, AmEx or FEDEXED check, along with a late booking fee of US$100-$200 per person.
