Those who book a particular date first will choose which menu they’d like to create:

Verdure Dell ‘Estuario Menu:

  • Venetian vegetables tempura
  • Risotto primavera with seasonal vegetables
  • Veal spezzatino with lemon, rosmarine, and corn meal polenta
  • Traditional espresso tiramisu with shaved dark chocolate

Venetian Menu:

  • White semonlina polenta with baby shrimp
  • Risotto with zucchini and scampi
  • Seabass filet poached in sweet and sour Venetian vegetables
  • Warm Zabayone cream with almond caramel crunchy

Menu Fresco (perfect for summer):

  • Seafood salad with lemon vinaigrette
  • Tuna carpaccio with rosmarine and fresh pink pepper oil
  • Homemade noodles with baby arugula pesto and seared scampi
  • Vanilla bean ice cream with wild strawberry

Homemade Pasta:

  • Ragu alla Bolognese served on tagliatelle
  • Ravioli with spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce
  • Potatoes gnocchi with basil pesto

  • Assorted breads: onion bread, black olives bread, and walnut bread

Menu Zuppa di Pesce (perfect for summer):

  • Homemade rosemary breads and onion breads
