Verdure Dell ‘Estuario Menu:
- Venetian vegetables tempura
- Risotto primavera with seasonal vegetables
- Veal spezzatino with lemon, rosmarine, and corn meal polenta
- Traditional espresso tiramisu with shaved dark chocolate
Venetian Menu:
- White semonlina polenta with baby shrimp
- Risotto with zucchini and scampi
- Seabass filet poached in sweet and sour Venetian vegetables
- Warm Zabayone cream with almond caramel crunchy
Menu Fresco (perfect for summer):
- Seafood salad with lemon vinaigrette
- Tuna carpaccio with rosmarine and fresh pink pepper oil
- Homemade noodles with baby arugula pesto and seared scampi
- Vanilla bean ice cream with wild strawberry
Homemade Pasta:
- Ragu alla Bolognese served on tagliatelle
- Ravioli with spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce
- Potatoes gnocchi with basil pesto
- Baked cream with caramel sauce
