About the cooking lesson:
Chef Jacopo Tendi leads a hands-on culinary experience in the heart of Chianti. Using the freshest seasonal local organic ingredients, you will learn to prepare, in an informal atmosphere, the light, tasty dishes of Tuscan culinary tradition through three cooking classes. In each class, you will cook a complete four-course menu and savor the fruits of your labor. The philosophy of the classes is that cooking delicious meals is not difficult: what you need is really good ingredients, some basic techniques, a friendly atmosphere and the involvement of all your senses with fantasy. This is why the chef will provide all sustainable seasonal ingredients, including wine, from local organic and biodynamic farmers, and you will cook in the chef’s private country house kitchen as well as the Inn’s kitchen.
