About the Cooking Lessons: During your hands-on cooking lessons, traditional dishes of Amalfi coast tradition will be prepared, such as the typical homemade fresh pasta of the area called “scialatielli.” You will also enjoy a pizza demonstration in the wood oven with English speaking “pizzaiuolo ” and a lunch to follow based on your customized pizza. In addition to the classes, there will be a half-day excursion to teach you more about Mediterranean flavors and specialties such as limoncello, mozzarella, olive oil and bruschette. Classes are held in a well-equipped kitchen walking distance from the hotel.
