Spoleto - Lesson with Mamma Giovanna

Dear Filippo and "Mamma" Giovanna, Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my cooking school experience with you and your delightful family in Spoleto... It really was a very special vacation, what a wonderful way to live in a smaller Italian town for a week, have personalized cooking instruction, and see so many interesting places with a guide and good company. Your hotel was in a great location and the service was terrific, especially Marco at our dinners. I really appreciated all your help with making this such a pleasant visit for me.
