Association Memberships


The International Kitchen is a member only of those professional organizations that have stringent criteria for membership and that offer value to our clients. Many associations require only that member institutions pay a fee to join, and as such provide no guarantee of service or reliability to clients and vendors. The International Kitchen is proud to be associated with the following professional organizations.



Harper Alliance

Member of the Harper Alliance, as a destination specialist for Andrew Harper Travel. The Harper Alliance, offers exclusive access to and special members-only rates for select properties and services worldwide. Their alliance partners have been carefully chosen, and their travel specialists have a close relationship with each of them. Their affiliation with private jet specialists, luxury cruise lines and yachts, and private homes and villas, furthers their ability to provide highly personalized luxury travel experiences.

 

 

National Tour Association (NTA)

The National Tour Assistion is an elite group of travel industry professionals. Membership criteria is rigorous and the association's high standards make NTA members an elite group of industry leaders. Experience is an invaluable asset that is difficult to quantify; you can trust working with a qualified professional who is an NTA member.

 

 

Italian Travel Promotion Council (ITPC)

The Italian Travel Promotional Council is a non-for-profit trade service predominately to Italy. ITPC members safeguard their interests by achieving, in relation to Italy, the quality of service, security, environmental standards, and tourism promotion necessary to create an attractive destination for the American consumer with the optimum quality/price relation.

 

 

Italian Government Tourist Board (ENIT)

Ente Nazionale Italiano per il Turismo (Italian Government Tourist Board) is responsible for the overseas promotion of tourism in Italy. The organization promotes and communicates Italian tourism products and images around the world.

 

 

Les Dames

James Beard Foundation

The James Beard Foundation is a not for profit organization based in New York City dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and nurturing America's culinary heritage and diversity in order to elevate the appreciation of our culinary excellence.

 

 

Provence Alpes Tourisme International (PATI)

P.A.T.I was created in 1990 on the initiative of the C.C.I.M.P., other Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Provence and Air France, in order to concentrate in one body the sales efforts of the top tourism professionals in Provence.

 

 

Air France

Air France is the national airline of France and a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group. It operates worldwide scheduled passenger and cargo services to 185 destinations in 83 countries. Its global hub is located at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Air France is a member of the SkyTeam alliance.

 

 

Alitalia

Alitalia has been transporting passengers throughout the world since 1947. In Italy, Alitalia serves 25 airports with 1,313 flights a week. Alitalia planes take off and land at 22 airports with 124 flights every week. Since 2001, Alitalia has been a member of the SkyTeam alliance whose members include some of Europe’s and the world’s leading companies – AeroMexico, Aeroflot, Air France, KLM, Continental, CSA Czech Airlines, Delta, Korean and Air Northwest - and whose vast network provides services to 728 destinations in more than 130 countries.

 

 

Slow Food

Slow Food is a non-profit, eco-gastronomic member-supported organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and peopleís dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world.

 

 

The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA)

The American Society of Travel Agents is the world's largest association of travel professionals. The mission of ASTA and its affiliated organizations is to facilitate the business of selling travel through effective representation, shared knowledge and the enhancement of professionalism.
