Association Memberships
The International Kitchen is a member only of those professional
organizations that have stringent criteria for membership and that
offer value to our clients. Many associations require only that
member institutions pay a fee to join, and as such provide no
guarantee of service or reliability to clients and vendors. The
International Kitchen is proud to be associated with the following
professional organizations.
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, unites professional and amateur gastronomes in a private,
not-for-profit society committed to promoting the culinary arts and those of enology
and hospitality through example, education and camaraderie. Based on the great traditions
and high standards of the medieval French guild of rôtisseurs or
"meat roasters," our confrérie celebrates the pleasures of the table,
encourages the development of young professionals by awarding scholarships
and sponsoring competitions, and, as part of an international organization,
fosters friendships among members around the world.

The National Tour Assistion is an elite group of travel industry professionals.
Membership criteria is rigorous and the association's high standards make NTA members

The Italian Travel Promotion Council is a not for profit organization
that was created in conjunction with the Italian Government Tourist Board to promote tourism to Italy.
Comprised of eighteen of the top tour operators in the US, the members are dedicated to bringing you
the best of their services at the optimum quality and price ratio. You can be assured that booking
with one of the members of the ITPC , you are working with a recognized quality professional organization.
Ente Nazionale Italiano per il Turismo (Italian Government Tourist Board)
is responsible for the overseas promotion of tourism in Italy. The organization promotes and
communicates Italian tourism products and images around the world.
Les Dames d’Escoffier is the only organization of its kind: a worldwide
philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food,
fine beverage and hospitality. The invitation-only membership, composed of
27 individual chapters across the United States and Canada, is highly
diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary
gastronomy and hospitality. It is a culinary organization composed of women who have not only achieved
success in their profession, but who contribute significantly to their
communities. Since its incorporation 25 years ago, Les Dames d'Escoffier
has followed its mission to elevate the profession through mentoring
members and awarding scholarships to worthy students to succeed in their

The James Beard Foundation is a not for profit organization based
in New York City dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and
nurturing America's culinary heritage and diversity in order to
elevate the appreciation of our culinary excellence.
P.A.T.I was created in 1990 on the initiative of the C.C.I.M.P.,
other Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Provence and Air France,
in order to concentrate in one body the sales efforts of the top
tourism professionals in Provence.

organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and

The American Society of Travel Agents is the world's largest association of travel professionals.
The mission of ASTA and its affiliated organizations is to facilitate the business of selling travel
