One of our best vacations ever! Each night we cooked was a party in the kitchen. Good friends, good wine, and a great setting. [The staff] made the atmosphere fantastic, and the cooking really enjoyable. The facilities were perfect, and the dishes and meals very organized and manageable. The food and wine were superb, and very appropriate for the region. The staff at the hotel became good friends and were very professional. Lunches at the pool were simple, yet upscale, not to mention the views. The excursions were great, and even our drivers were fun and informative. In the end the cooking nights were so much fun, we wished we could have had more time in the kitchen ... The combination of the hotel and the International Kitchen itinerary are a real jewel of the Sorrento peninsula and Amalfi coast... Karen gave us great advice, and we found just the vacation experience we were looking for.
