A Mediterranean Cooking Experience At Relais Oasi Olimpia


We chose the week at Oasi as a family vacation-my husband, 21 year old son and myself. The cooking classes, while not challenging for me as an experienced cook, were a perfect combination of learning for the guys and delight for me to watch them gain confidence in the kitchen.
The hotel and the staff were amazing. Never have we been treated with such care to our every need. Our very experienced driver, Antonio, was waiting for us each day to escort us on our next adventure. He was delightful to be with and we felt very safe with him as he navigated the challenging traffic of Southern Italy.
We enjoyed all of our excursions, though I think our favorite was our day with Rosa and her son, Antonio, at their home. We felt that the personal attention and opportunity to be a part of Rosa's mozzarella making and touring around the property with Antonio (not to mention the limoncello) was something we never would have had access to otherwise. ... All in all our week was magical and I am recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for putting together a wonderful program. It was really a special way to experience Italy.
