beauty and richness, known as the "green heart" of Italy. Your class will be held in the lovely
Hotel Clitunno with
Mamma Giovanna, manager of the hotel’s San Lorenzo Restaurant and matriarch of the family-owned
hotel, along with one of the chefs of the restaurant.
The Umbrian cuisine is incredibly rich and varied, famed for its heady olive oil; the wines are
among the best produced in Italy. The cooking lessons are great, the food sublime!
The morning class begins at approximately 9:30 a.m. and lasts for three hours, after which
you will dine on the fruits of your labor, accompanied by excellent local Umbrian wine.
Class can be confirmed any day of the week for a minimum of 2 people, November through March.
April through October a class can only be confirmed with a minimum of 1 night stay at the Hotel Clitunno.

Prices
US$180 per person for the cooking class
Overnight accommodations can be arranged at the Hotel Clitunno in a deluxe room for $100 per person, including tax, service and breakfast.
