Mediterranean Cooking Experience


From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the wonderous staff greeted us with offers of refreshments and comfort after our long journey. We knew immediately we were in for a treat, the setting gorgeous, the Relais refined and the accomodations superb. Our delight continued with cooking classes which taught recipies that can be replicated at home with ease. The classes themselves were a joy.... The side trips were wonderful as well as the planning of our activites inclusive with our very own driver. We could have not dreamed of a better experience, truly polite people and our time spent in Southern Italy has its own special place in our hearts. We will always remember this as one of the truly great vacations of a lifetime. Thank you again!
