A Mediterranean Cooking Experience At Relais Oasi Olimpia


Oasi Olimpia have given my friends, family and myself a truly extraordinary Italian vacation. One of our favorite days here started with a wonderful breakfast. We then traveled to Rosa's fabulous kitchen and she showed us how to make mozzarella cheese. We then went to her son's olive oil press, where he showed us how to press olives. Then off to Pompeii for a wonderful walking tour with a pizza snack on the way back. After a glass of wine in front of the fire, we entered the kitchen to learn how to make gnocchi, and then made dinner using the fresh mozzarella from the morning. Other highlights were the pizza party and the pasta making. We have all been to Italy before, but staying with you and experiencing Italy through an Italian kitchen has been unforgettable.
