A Mediterranean Cooking Experience at Relais Oasi Olimpia


I absolutely enjoyed each and every moment. Gennaro had to put up with some strong willed women and one man. And he was a trooper. His knowledge and assistance during our cooking lessons was great. I enjoyed his little quips, i.e. "You must feel, touch, caress the dough" (when we were trying to adequately knead or mix our pasta). The members of my group were a hoot! I appreciate all of their personalities. My sister and I both loved it. Please let me know when you do another class, possibly with different recipes because I'd love to come again to the Relais Oasi Olimpia. I loved the excursions, also. It was a good mix of cooking and sightseeing. I have never been to Italy, so every day trip was good to me….
I loved it. I'd do it again and I would recommend the cooking class to everyone. All of the staff was absolutely magnificent. So helpful, courteous, thoughtful… Please compliment them all for their hospitality.
