Lake Garda Grandeur

Everything was wonderful. The accomodations and the lady who ran Villa were great. The Chefs were very nice and did a great job getting the information across to you. Glenn & Mary, ME

Chef Ivan was very inclusive and thorough. We worked with him and other cooks in his kitchen. Aleandro was especially helpful since he is fluent in English, knows English language cooking & kitchen terms, and knows what USA products can substitute for Italian products that may not be available in the US; eg: Fontina in US for a local goat cheese from the Lake Garda region, etc. Jaana Nakari, the owner of the hotel, was terrific - very solicitous and always available. She upgraded our accommodations to a suite & accompanied us on the various tours. She is fluent in English, as well as several other languages, so we conversed very easily. She and her husband have done a marvellous job restoring the convent/hotel. The staff is quite friendly and outgoing and the service is top notch. We look forward to returning to the Villa in the future just to enjoy their accommodations. Russ & Janet, NJ
