Chateau Cooking in Bordeaux

It was wonderful. The Chateau was perfect. The setting beautiful and our host and hostess (Suzanne the chef) were wonderful. The food we prepared was fun and almost nothing I would (or will) prepare myself BUT that's fine. The experience of preparing and, of course, eating and drinking — fine wines, was delightful. Side trips were great though we had expected a little more wine tasting rather than town visiting but it all worked out. Our walk and picnic with the Mayor of Bouliac was a highlight.
