A Gastronomic Adventure in Bologna Our driver, Luca, was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed making pasta and hope to try it at home if I can ever find a long enough rolling pin. The guided tour of Bologna was very interesting and the dinner that evening was wonderful. However, we were still full from our large late pasta lunch to be able to eat such a large dinner. Early the next morning, we met to see how parmigiano-reggiano cheese is made. That was extremely interesting! The class that followed was fun, informative, and relaxing. The following morning was the Ferrari Gallery, and then the gorgeous Villa San Donnino. The making of traditional balsamic vinegar was extremely interesting and tasty. The owners of the villa were truly kind and inviting people. We enjoyed everything we did on this tour with the exception of the Ferrari Gallery. I would have rather had free time or something food related then to have gone to the Gallery to look at old race cars. I have no interest in cars or racing.
