A Luxury Lifestyle at Villa Mangiacane

We loved everything except the beds in Florence and at Villa Mangiacane as they were extremely hard ... The hotels were wonderful, the rooms spacious, and the bathrooms were huge. The food, the lessons, the transfers and the tours were wonderful. The special moments were the private cooking lessons at the villa, the private tours, and the spa at the villa. You should definitely mention the outlets to everyone--they were wonderful! The special moments were getting to cook what we wanted to learn. However, taking notes at the same time was challenging; but I wouldn't want it any other way... We can't wait to use you again for a culinary trip to France!! Josephine Ann A., NJ

From the moment I arrived at Villa Mangiacane, I knew I was going to have a spectacular time. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff at Villa Mangiacane was the best I"ve ever experienced-they were kind, friendly and they all spoke English! Even though the property was to die for, cooking with Massimo was definitely the highlight of my trip. Massimo is one of a kind-he is extremely intelligent, talented and he explains cooking in a way that I, as a non-cook, can understand. He went into depth about salt, flavors, knife care and even seasonal recipes!! His charm, passion and enthusiasm was very contagious during the classes.
